Mata Kuliah Desan dan Produksi Media Pembelajaran merupakan mata kuliah yang diarahkan untuk membekali mahasiswa calon guru mendesain media pembelajaran dan memproduksi dalam skala prototipe didasarkan pada analisi kebutuhan.
Secara khusus mata kuliah ini ditargetkan untuk melatih kompetensi mahasiswa dalam memanfaatkan Fabrication Lab dan IoT dalam desain dan produksi media pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan printer 3D, laser cutting & engraving, scanner 3D, mikrokontroller dan sensor.

This course is designed to equip chemistry and chemistry education students with fundamental skills in scientific publication and science communication. Students will learn concepts, methods, and techniques for writing scientific articles, presenting research findings, and effectively communicating scientific information to various audiences, both academic and non-academic.
Topics covered include:
- Fundamental principles and ethics of scientific publication.
- Structure and formatting of scientific articles based on national and international journal standards.
- Techniques for searching scientific literature using electronic databases (e.g., Scopus, Web of Science).
- Data visualization skills and designing effective scientific presentations.
- Science communication strategies for public audiences, including the use of social media, posters, and short videos.
- Preparation and techniques for oral presentations in seminars, conferences, or academic forums.
- The role of science communication in promoting scientific literacy and evidence-based decision-making.
By the end of the course, students are expected to:
- Write high-quality scientific articles that meet publication standards.
- Develop and deliver effective scientific presentations.
- Utilize various media to convey scientific information to the general public in an engaging and accurate manner.
Learning methods include discussions, simulations, practical exercises, and individual or group projects involving the preparation of scientific articles or science communication media. Assessment is based on individual assignments, group projects, and students' active participation and presentation skills.
